Diversity & Inclusion - It’s a Numbers+ Game
Beyond Words to Action
February 5, 2025 - 14.30-17.00 + Networking Drinks
‘SPOT’, Vester Allé 15, 8000 Aarhus C.
Why should you join this event?
Diversity and Inclusion - or rather lack of - has serious implications all around: How can we produce diverse ideas and innovations to solve complex global challenges, if we only fund homogenous founders? How can organisations attract or engage the 'right' talent, if they don't reflect society as a whole or their target customers? The list of challenges is endless. The impact is a blinkered perspective on innovation, reduced employee engagement, productivity and ultimately lower revenue and profitability i.e. reduced financial performance with knock-on effects on growth, jobs, opportunities, competitiveness, the economy and society as a whole. We must understand that. That Diversity & Inclusion is a numbers game with serious knock-on effects beyond business. We call it numbers+. The time has come to raise our game, stop talking and start doing.
